Dharmasiri, Principal Ministry Secretary Mr. Krisantha Mahendra, Southern Provincial Fisheries and Industries Secretary, Mr. Ranjith Yapa, Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Southern Province, Mr. P. C. Muhandirayan, Head of the Department of Physics, University of Ruhuna, Dr. J.A.P.
