General Information
The Southern Provincial Industrial Development Authority (SPIDA) invites sealed bids from interested parties to lease a suitable building for a minimum period of three (03) years to establish and operate its Head Office.

The proposed building should meet the following requirements:
– Floor area: Approximately 1,500–2,000 square feet.
– Location: Within or close to the Galle town limits.
– The building should be suitable for operating the Head Office of the Southern Provincial Industrial Development Authority.
– The lease period should be a minimum of three years
